Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you have had an allergic reaction within the first 14 days of purchase. To ensure that the product is suitable for your skin please contact us before purchase at contact@narloa.com.​​

If you have received a damaged product, please email us at contact@narloa.com. Once you have sent us pictures of the damaged product, we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you.

NARLOA will cover the shipping costs for returns but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.

If you need to return a damaged product, we advise that you use a delivery option with insurance to cover the value of the items.

Shipping Policy

Please double check your address before placing your order. We process all orders within 5 working days. Processing times may increase during busy periods. We will notify you once your order ships. Once the order has been shipped via postal service, we are no longer liable for the loss of packages. We offer tracked shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If there are delays with your order, please check with your local sorting/ postal office as sometimes packages are held up there for customs or missed delivery reasons. NARLOA is not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you don't receive your order within 1 week of dispatch, please contact us and we will chase it up.
