RETURNS POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns. We hope you will be completely happy with your order, however, if you have any issue with a product (e.g. damage), we may be able to issue a replacement if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your product (depending on the circumstances).

SHIPPING POLICY

Please double check your address before placing your order. We aim to process all orders within 1-4 working days. Processing times may increase during busy periods. We will notify you once your order ships. Once the order has been shipped via postal service, we are no longer liable for the loss of packages. Although we offer both tracked and non-tracked shipping for every customer, we always recommend you choose tracked shipping for your own peace of mind (especially for international orders).

 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Should an issue occur, please contact the shipping provider.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If there are delays with your order, please check with your customs office as sometimes packages are held up there. NARLOA is not responsible for delays due to customs.
